Guide is based upon the average length of a job. Your job may take more or less hours and/or workers than what is shown
Service providers will do their best to assist you when additional help is needed, however, availability is not guaranteed. So long as remaining on site does not create scheduling conflicts, the provider will confirm with you their availability to stay. Any additional hours that are needed will be billed at the provider’s listed hourly rate. To avoid any potential time overages, it is vital to stay in open communication with your selected provider. The more information they have before and during the move, the better they can assist you.
Upon scheduling your service, the service provider’s calendar will be automatically blocked out for the pre-booked times. This means that the number of workers you selected will be automatically deducted from what is available to book for that date and time. Since service providers are unable to schedule a job in place of any leftover time, refunds are not available.
The pre-booked hours include drive time charges to your location. The only time to consider drive time to your pre-booked hours is when scheduling a load and unload with the same service provider. Any travel time in between load and/or unload locations will be on the clock. As such, please be mindful of traffic delays and travel distance.
To ensure a smooth and swift service, it is recommended that all packing, labeling, organizing, etc. be complete before your move date.
Be sure to communicate special instructions and/or items to your selected service provider in advance. This will allow the provider to be properly prepared on move day.
Long hauls, stairs, and elevators will add time to your move. Please factor in any extra time needed for these circumstances.
